In some cases, our support team may need temporary access to your website in order to investigate and resolve an issue.

Please do NOT post login credentials in public topics.

For security reasons, always use a Private Discussion when sharing sensitive information.

What information should I provide?

If requested by our support team, please provide:

Website URL
WordPress Admin URL
Temporary Admin Username
Temporary Admin Password
FTP or Hosting Access (only if specifically requested)

How to create a temporary administrator account

We strongly recommend creating a temporary administrator account exclusively for support purposes.

Please do not share your personal administrator account.

Recommended workflow

Create a temporary administrator account.
Open a Private Discussion with the Nova-Works Support Team.
Share the required login information.
Wait until the issue has been resolved.
Delete the temporary account once support is completed.

Security Recommendations

Use a temporary password.
Only grant the permissions required for troubleshooting.
Remove temporary accounts after the issue is resolved.
Never post credentials in public discussions.

Nova-Works will only use temporary access for troubleshooting purposes and will never modify your website beyond what is necessary to investigate the reported issue.
